Hot Pickled Carrots
I have a favorite burrito joint. It’s nothing special but it’s mine; busy, consistent, and open until 10pm. About 90% of the time I order the same thing– a “veggie burrito supreme”, which consists of potatoes, rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and guacamole. You can get it in a whole wheat tortilla if you want, but really what’s the point? It’s supreme.
